FG-X Mastering Processor

The FG-X is Slate Digital’s award winning Mastering plugin that includes three state of the art mastering processors.

The FG-Comp is a world class mastering compressor and leveler, capable of extremely transparent compression that is unrivaled in both the digital and analog domains.

The FG-Level is the industry’s top loudness enhancer that includes the proprietary Intelligent Transient Preservation process. Rather than simply brickwall limit, the ITP process optimizes saturation curves to most transparently absorb peaks in a more natural way. The FG-Level also includes mastering grade transient enhancement, and a revolutionary algorithm called Dynamic Perception, which increases the perceived dynamics in a mix. Overall, the FG-X is capable of increasing mix loudness to mastering grade levels without ever sounding like anything has changed in the mix. Punch, depth, and dynamics remain intact.

FG-Meters is the final meter module which accurately portrays peak and RMS levels. Use FG-Meters to get the perfect overall level for any mix.
